Red tape and stress and chambers of discomfort to discourage people from using a limited and expensive resource: medical knowledge and "seek out a doctor, don't research and learn on your own self" pro-ignorance values. Stress used as a way to gate-keep and keep-out sick and injured people with systems of domination, stressing, red tape, paperwork, barriers of protocol and jargon language to assert against those who need this rare and kept-scarce knowledge and "ONLY ask professionals" anti-open secretive ("keep your human body weakness and diseases secret from people" attitudes encouraged / legal laws of secrecy, hiding humanity and humanism and reality itself).
The one thing all life on earth shares is diseases / death / illness / injury. But people are educated, programmed in their mind, conditioned, and stressed by paperwork / red-tape / dehumanizing gate-keeping to not seek help and keep secret that we all need each other and medical help. To use red-tape and secrecy of information so that only some clergy is allowed information and hide and red-tape wrap-up in red tape people to the point that stress itself kills billions. As people don't want to share goodness, they want to dominate and red-tape information and knowledge. The Eve Tree of Knowledge metaphors of life are lost on people who prize competition of how great they are at finding services, past all the red-tape barrier and the poor and needy in the world. The pride people have of their overcoming cancer with their red-tape corporation talents and dehumanizing paperwork skills. Anti-education, anti-sharing, proud the climbed the highest and rare mountain of gate-keeping secretive society of "keep out" sterile medical cultures - gate-keeped (goal guarding sports) into sterility by businessmen and leaders who prize medical treatment as political and lording power with red-tape over unimportant and troubled people seeking help. Paperwork, reception, tape and bureaucracy lording stress over humanity.
(Same goes for the society-wide attitude, especially in USA, of people never declaring: I wish all medical knowledge and teaching was on a Wikipedia / Wiki system to share with the whole world and save lives. - Especially during Christmas season when I create this comment and the posting. People do not declare goodness desires of having free knowledge of the human body organized by mankind / humanity. Despite all of us having a body and sickness in common. And the COVID-2019 / 2020 pandemic was an airport to airport global event, and people still don't act like we are all networked with diseases and common multiple-languages (translations) Wikipedia needs.)

Jargon language, clergy of the kept-secret knowledge that cultivates a society of keeping cancer and keeping diseases hidden from friends and neighbors and family - as if cancer or a disease virus outbreak doesn't thrive in secrecy / dark anti-knowledge / anti-education of We the People of Pale Blue Dot. People are so ignorant during a pandemic from medical secrecy prizing they gleefully spread it and are anti-mask because their brains have been fed so much secrecy prizing and secrecy medical labs they can't grasp reality itself. People are bombarded by manipulative drug sellers / secret testing and trials / secret expensive high-cost closed-source patented lawyer-guarded gate-keeping.

CAMPBELL: The fact that the evil power is not identified with any specific nation on this earth means you’ve got an abstract power, which represents a principle, not a specific historical situation. The story has to do with an operation of principles, not of this nation against that. The monster masks that are put on people in Star Wars represent the real monster force in the modern world. When the mask of Darth Vader is removed, you see an unformed man, one who has not developed as a human individual. What you see is a strange and pitiful sort of undifferentiated face.
MOYERS: What’s the significance of that?
CAMPBELL: Darth Vader has not developed his own humanity. He’s a robot. He’s a bureaucrat, living not in terms of himself but in terms of an imposed system. This is the threat to our lives that we all face today. Is the system going to flatten you out and deny you your humanity, or are you going to be able to make use of the system to the attainment of human purposes? How do you relate to the system so that you are not compulsively serving it? It doesn’t help to try to change it to accord with your system of thought. The momentum of history behind it is too great for anything really significant to evolve from that kind of action. The thing to do is learn to live in your period of history as a human being. That’s something else, and it can be done.
